Refund Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service at /terms. It distinguishes returning processing credits from refunding money. It does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

1. Failed processing jobs

If our server confirms that a job ended without a qualifying deliverable, reserved credits are released or returned to their original source balances automatically within 24 hours; no request is required. The return does not depend on whether our third-party provider charged us. Unused reservations for a successful job are released after settlement. Returned credits retain their original source and expiry rules; a return does not make expired subscription credits perpetual. Closing your browser, losing a network connection, or seeing stale client status does not itself establish terminal failure. Contact support if a server-confirmed failure is not reflected in your ledger after 24 hours. Returning credits is not an automatic cash refund.

2. Initial subscription refund

You may request one full refund of your initial subscription purchase within seven calendar days after the first successful charge if no more than 30 paid subscription credits have been finally consumed. This voluntary exception is available once per customer. If approved, we refund the initial payment to its original payment method, remove unused credits issued by that payment, terminate the initial subscription commitment, turn off renewal, and stop remaining scheduled installments, including those under a 12-month plan. Later installments, renewal payments, and partial billing periods are generally not refundable or prorated, except where applicable law or an expressly approved exception requires otherwise. Turning off renewal alone does not cancel installments remaining in a current 12-month commitment. Mandatory remedies for unauthorized or duplicate charges, services not provided, or other legal rights take priority over these voluntary limits.

3. One-time credit-pack refunds

You may request a full refund of a one-time credit-pack purchase through 23:59:59 UTC on the 14th calendar date after the Stripe-confirmed successful payment date. That payment date is day 0; the deadline is based on UTC calendar dates, not on when a delayed payment notification reaches us. The request must concern an individual purchase with zero net finally consumed credits and no unfinished reservations from that purchase. A reservation is not final consumption, but we must resolve an active reservation before completing a refund. A timely request is recorded when received; review or resolution of an unfinished reservation does not by itself make it late. Credits returned to that purchase after a job without a qualifying deliverable do not count as consumed. Once any credits from that purchase have been finally charged for a qualifying deliverable, the purchase is not eligible for a voluntary full or partial cash refund under this policy. Approved refunds return the full purchase total, including the applicable included tax, to the original payment method and remove the corresponding unused credits from that purchase only. Other pack purchases, subscription credits, and protected legacy balances are not revoked because this purchase is refunded. Purchased-pack credits otherwise do not expire. These conditions do not limit mandatory remedies, including those for unauthorized or duplicate charges, incorrect charges, services not provided, statutory cash-redemption rights, or other rights required by law.

4. Permanent discontinuation and legal rights

If redemption is permanently discontinued, you may contact support about unused paid balances and available remedies. We will comply with applicable refund, redemption, unclaimed-property, and other mandatory obligations. Neither “credits have no cash value” nor voluntary refund time limits eliminate those obligations. This policy does not promise an additional fixed voluntary shutdown-compensation formula. Non-waivable rights apply wherever legally required. Nothing in this policy constitutes an offer to sell in a location where checkout is not available. We do not require you to waive mandatory rights to receive support or make a payment dispute.

5. Requesting a refund or reporting a charge

Email support@imagetolayers.online from the email address associated with your account. Include the purchase date and relevant invoice, subscription, or credit-pack reference. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or authentication codes. We review eligible requests within five business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post funds. If the original method cannot receive a refund, contact us so we can arrange a lawful resolution; we do not treat a routing problem as a forfeiture of an approved remedy. Please contact us first if practical so we can investigate, but doing so is not a condition that limits your right to dispute a payment. We use billing, credit-ledger, and delivery records as permitted by law for refund and dispute review. We do not silently debit unrelated balances or double-revoke credits for the same refund or dispute.
